Cold Therapy

Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours inside the plastic bag provided (or use your own freezer bag). Place on desired area for approximately 15 minutes for ideal recommended use. Best used after showering or washing the area.

You can also keep your sleeve in the freezer so that its always ready!

Hot Therapy

IMPORTANT: Remove sleeve from any plastic bags and make sure it is at room temperature. Sleeve CANNOT be cold. Microwave at 20 seconds and add 10 second increments until it reaches desired temperature. All microwaves may vary.

I fell and banged my elbow 2 weeks ago, and then my dog bashed his hard skull right into my elbow bone, and then I banged it on a couple of doors, and it was swollen and a bump had come up, and I was so scared to bash it again.

I thought "I need some protection here, but also an ice pack!" The sleeve is so soft and easy to slide on, and also pretty and pink. Stays cold for about 30 minutes which is perfect timing. I really need 3 of them, so I can rotate them in and out of the freezer. I'm actually going to wear it to bed to keep from banging my elbow while sleeping. The bump is already smaller and I just got it today (3 applications so far). I know this review sounds totally exaggerated but I rarely love anything this much!

I loved it so much I called my sister to tell her to get one for her knee. Just the best, thanks!

It his both areas and doesn't restrict movement; I can use the computer or whatever while using it unlike a more common pack where you can't move around or perform normal activities while icing. It's very comfortable. Just place in the freezer in it's provided freezer bag for a few hours and let warm maybe five minutes so it doesn't freeze your arm off. It obviously doesn't have to be worn as a sleeve; it can be used like a regular ice pack in other areas as well.
